If you are no longer able to attend this event a substitute attendee may take your place. However, if you wish to cancel your registration a full refund, minus a $220 (incl. GST) service fee, will be given provided you have notified us in writing (email acceptable to email@example.com) at least 10 business days before the start of the conference.
Registration substitution is only accepted by sending written notification (email acceptable) to the Conference Coordinator (firstname.lastname@example.org). Substitutions must be made before Thursday 19 October 2017. Another person may be substituted for the registered delegate. The new delegate will be acknowledged in writing.
